Membership Benefits
Membership Criteria
CU Boulder Affiliation
All Boulder Angels members must be affiliated with CU Boulder. Affiliation with can mean: alumni, faculty, staff, student, donor, or close family member of any of these.
Accredited Investor Status
Our members must be accredited investors as defined by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
Membership Dues
Annual membership dues for the network are $1500 per year for investors based in Colorado, $1000 per year for investors based outside of Colorado, and $2500 per year for institutional members.
Group Commitment
Members are expected to support portfolio companies into which they've invested in any of the myriad ways investors can be helpful to early-stage businesses. We also encourage the referral of appropriate investment opportunities to the group, and appreciate member referrals.
